To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, squid44, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
The squid44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. squid44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a system error affecting bet placement or settlement, squid44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
squid44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
